  • I will do my best to do poses that client after, but it will all depends on bub, not all poses work for all bub, I will do poses that work for bub at the time

  • The use of my available backdrops/props/wraps/outfits

  • Family photos with siblings and parents, 1 outfit change only, outfits for siblings and parents are provided by clients

  • Family photos are newborn with siblings and parents

  • Grandparents can be included in the photo for extra $50

  • For siblings age 1-5 years old, I can’t guarantee a successful siblings and family photos. Little children cooperativeness will depends on their personalities and moods at the photoshoot time. I will try my best, but if siblings refused, not cooperative, crying, etc, I will take the best possible photos that we can get at that time

  • 1 white backdrop for family photos

  • Editing will take 7 weeks after photoshoot. If can’t wait that long, can add speed editing service $100, on top of pricing, for 14 working days editing after photoshoot

  • Once images are done, I will email link to view and download images

  • USB needed to be collected from my studio by appointment

  • USB can be posted by tracked parcel for extra $20

  • Your signature is needed at the delivery of your USB

  • Once you signed you receive USB, I will not be responsible for missing USB

  • If USB is missing after you sign that you receive it, and you would like to order new USB, you can order a replacement USB for $50, you need to collect it from my studio, Monday-Friday 5-7pm

  • My editing style is natural look, will correct skin imperfection if needed

  • My photography style is comfortable poses and safe settings

  • It is best to book before bub is born, so that photoshoot can be done when bub is around 7-10 days, if mum and bub already discharged. We will lock it in once bub is born.

  • If you book after bub is born, newborn session needed to be done before bub turn 14 days old. And it will be depends on my availability at the time. Clients with confirmed bookings will be prioritized for spots

  • To book, a non refundable $60 deposit is needed, deposit fee is part of the full pricing. Rest of the payment $440 to be completed on photoshoot day

  • Pricing is firm. I will not be able to lower the price for less edited images

ADDITIONAL FEES

  • $50 for grandparents to be included in the photo

  • $100 for weekend photoshoot, Saturday and Sunday 10am-12pm

  • $100 for additional 10 edited images

  • $100 for 14 working days editing

  • $50 for 30 minutes, $100 for 1 hour, to extend photoshoot time

  • $20 for USB to be posted by tracked parcel

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Photoshoot can only be attended by newborn, newborn’s siblings, newborn’s parents and grandparents (if they will be in the photo)

  • Unedited raw images are not available

  • Prints are not included within price

  • Passport photo within Newborn Session is not available

  • Make up and hairdo are not included in photoshoot time. Please do your make up and hair before coming in to studio

  • Once a session is confirmed, I appreciate your commitment to attend. Please avoid cancellation/rescheduling unless unwell or emergency reason

  • I understand sometimes things happens/changes, I appreciate if cancellation/rescheduling to be made in advance, 1 week before photoshoot, to gives me time to find replacement, deposit is non refundable

  • Last minute cancellation/rescheduling 24 hours before photoshoot is understandble for emergency reason only, deposit is non refundable

  • Frequent last minute cancellation/rescheduling more than 3 times will automatically terminate photoshoot and deposit will not be refunded

  • Please bring any necessary items that can help settle bub if needed

  • Please not to take photos with your phone during photoshoot

  • Kids must be supervised by adults at all time, as there are heavy duty photography equipments that hazardous for kids if they trip or fall over. I will not be responsible for accidents or injuries caused by unsupervised kids. Any damages on photography equipments and props caused by unsupervised kids will be your responsibility to replace. By paying booking fee, you agree with this term and condition

  • Bliss Baby Photography own copyright of all images captured by me, images can be used to promote my business

HEALTH AND SAFETY PRACTICE

  • Everything is washed, cleaned, disinfected, before and after each photoshoot

  • I’m in good health when doing photoshoot. If I’m unwell, I will reschedule

  • Each photoshoot can only be attended by clients who will be in the photo

  • Disinfectant gel available upon entering and exiting studio, I will frequently use it during photoshoot

  • I practice Infection Control and good hygiene
